Woman shares her joy after getting pregnant for the first time in her life after a long time battling with barrenness problem

A 42-year-old woman from Nairobi did not hide her joy after she became pregnant for the first time in her life. This had been after a long time yearning to have his own child but all her efforts had been in vain. Martha, the lady says she has been in marriage for 15 years and the fact that she was barren, she has been having all kinds of rifts especially with her husband. With three months of being in marriage, I came to realize I was not getting pregnant hence we had to seek some medical support with my husband, where we found in had a barrenness problem,” she said.

She tried to seek any available way that she would use to restore her fertility but nothing was adding up. She had to accept the condition. Her husband on the other hand was supportive but as she said, he had been showing all signs that he was ready to have children with another woman.
