I built a very magnificent building in Kitengela but on trying to occupy it, the person who sold me the plot started warning me.
He told me that I must add him sh 600,000 or I forget about the parcel. This was my breaking point because I had already paid him a whopping sh 4 million and used another 4 million to put up the structure which I wanted to use with my family.
It is my sixth year since I finished the structure but not occupied because of the rogue seller who wants be dead.
