Daylight drama: Stolen Car drives itself into a bush, Locks door
Two men who had stolen a car in Maua area faced difficulties driving the stolen car away moments after they had taken it from the owner’s home early morning.
The thugs broke into James Musoku compound and managed to start and drive away with the car only for them to get stuck 1-kilometer away.
A source told media that they robbed the car in early morning hours as the family was still a sleep but they were found a kilometer away from the compound with the car hanging on the trees.
The car is said to have locked itself tightly with them remaining inside. The same car also drove itself to the direction of a nearby thicket where it got stuck.
When the owner came to look at the scene after someone called him, he called police to pick up the thugs as he drove his car away.
It would later emerge that Musoku used a traditional doctor by the name of Mugwenu who protected his compound from any theft.
