Kampala residents were left shocked this morning qempting to steal a sleek Range Rover belonging to a wealthy city tycoon. However, this was no ordinary arrest the thief was literally stuck to the car, unable to move a muscle.

Eyewitnesses at the scene reported that the thief had tried to break into the vehicle in the early hours of the morning.
