“How I Got My Husband Back After He Left Me for Another Woman” – Jecinta Mwaluke from Arusha, Tanzania

My name is Jecinta Mwaluke, a teacher based in Arusha. What happened to me in June 2017 nearly pushed me to the edge. I’m sharing my story so that other women—especially those dealing with mpango wa kando (mistresses)—can learn something from my experience.

I got married in 2007 in a church wedding. My husband was working as an accountant at a government office in Dar es Salaam, and I joined him after our marriage. Life started well.
