“I regret allowing my wife leave our house for monday protests” man says after bashing his wife in a lodging along Ngara streets

Monday 20th 2023 was a day that Azimio La Umoja Coalition Party had planned to carry out the protest in the all parts of the country. ‘Maandamano’ that brought together the leaders from the Azimio side and their supporters. I and my wife, Stellah supported the Azimio La Umoja Coalition Party led by Baba Raila Amollo Odinga in the last year state house race and we opted not to be left out of the protests. The night before the D-day my wife insisted that she will be attending the ‘maandamano” on Monday and I agreed to let her go.

Monday morning, we all woke up as early as usual, took a cup of tea together and got ready for the Monday activity. I thought we were heading to the same place together, that is Nyayo satdium where the protests were to begin from heading to the KICC only to realize that my wife had used a protest plan to trigger my mind and she had a different plan that I had not known. This is after I tried to reach her out on her phone but she was unreachable. I called her severally thinking that there might be poor network coverage that caused her to be unreachable on her phone.

The police officers blocked all the roads heading to the KICC, since we were a big number protesting against the rise of high cost of living, opening of I.E.B.C servers, rise in cost of fuel and electricity, the police officers used teargas to block us from accessing the road heading to KICC building. Since we were blocked I shifted gears and wanted to know where my wife, Stellah had disappeared to. Five minutes later I was called by my friend who thereafter informed me that he has seen my wife getting into the logging around Ngara streets. I then boarded a motorbike which rushed me there to go and witness for myself.

After reaching there I was shown the room that she got in and saw her shoes exactly that she wore when we’re going for the protests which was a clear evidence that when was the one. After they were split my wife humbled herself before me and pleaded to be forgiven saying that I was her lifetime lesson that she will never cheat me.
