Lady says her sister hooked her with a conman who cleared her bank account and house property in one sweep. Her reaction left fear and shock hovering. Find out why

Monica’s sister knew her too well. She knew she hasn’t had a stable relationship for a long while. She called her one evening out of the blue saying she has found her the perfect match. She was obviously thrilled. It was however a plan. One she has been concorting for months. Monica had a job with the ministry of Land. She was loaded. Wambui, her sister wanted a piece of it. So she hooked her up with Ng’ang’a, a guy she knew was a conman. Wambui introduced them, and started implementing the long con. Ng’ang’a wined and dined her for like 6 weeks after which Monica trusted him enough to give her spare key. All along Ng’ang’a has been conducting an investigation into her ATM pins and personal information.

The day to pull off the Money heist arrived. They took literally everything from her house and managed to withdraw 643,000 of her savings. Monica came home that night to find an empty house. An email with withdrawal details had been sent by her bank. She was busy, she didn’t open it. She called Wambui to ask of the whereabouts of Ng’ang’a because his phone was off. That’s when it dawned on her that she has been duped. Ng’ang’a was responsible for the hockey field in her house. Wambui stuck to her guns that, unlike previously stated, she didn’t know him that well. The police issued her with an O.B and went on with their lives looking for new sources of bribes.
She found herself sleeping in a guesthouse. The receptionist asked her why she would work from a guesthouse and when she told her about her ordeal, she suggested a native doctor called Dr mugwenu. She assured her that she can and will recover her belongings. So, why not?? She called and explained her dire situation. By the end of the day, they had revealed exactly where her things were, the money. Thanks to Dr mugwenu, she recovered them. And of course, Ng’ang’as family had to pay a hefty fine to have Dr mugwenus spells reversed. Wambui and Monica don’t talk much these days.
