A 35-year-old man who had been using some weird ways to cone MPESA agents in South B finally had his last day into the rogue hustle. As one of the conned Mpesa agents said, he had an extra-ordinary way of doing his practice. Mr. Reagan, one of the conned victim’s said he did not expect to send the guy his ksh 120,000 just after the had a talk with the conman.
