A man identified as Omondi-not his area name is an example of many other Kenyan youth anguish in poverty due to lack of employment. He said he had been struggling to make ends meet and at last he was called to a job interview. Since he never had a way of reaching Nairobi, he decided to cycle, all the way a journey that took one week. “I would sleep in bushes on my journey to Kenyan capital. It was now 12 years since I graduated and I had not gotten a job. I was pleased to have got an opportunity in my life to have been called to a job interview. I had much hope that I would make it and get employed,” he said.
