A man by the name Dennis Mwiti a public officer at unmentioned County in Mt Kenya region shared a message on how everyone in their department was always committed, determined and hard working employees with no job promotions. As he narrated, he had been working at that County office for 8 years down the line but all his job promotion requests were being turned down. I told people the job I wanted to have or the promotion I wanted to have and then I asked what I needed to do to get it, and then I did those things but everything was turned down.”
