A farmer by the name of Kimani Waitherero has released damning and deafening reports that for the past one week, he switches his irrigation taps on his farm on only to wake up and find them switched off. According to him, there’s only him and his cousin at his 2-acre plot. He has warned off all his neighbors, who insist it’s not them switching them off. Two days ago, he brought a dog to guard the spot where the tap was. He was awoken at 2;30 am, the dog barking furiously to the extent of breaking the rope it was tied to and took off scared.
