One of them and a business man who had invested in the boda boda business said that his three motorbikes had been stolen on three different occasions that he tried to report the case to the police but no action had been taken as the police kept saying investigations were underway.

They said that what transpired them to seeking other means was a recent incidence that a boda boda rider was killed and his motorbike stolen.
