Elizabeth was born smart and tall. She was not particularly pretty but her feminine nature could be spotted from a far. After high school she went to university to study Law and graduated top of her class. It was also in Campus where she met David Otiende, a fellow learned friend who also did enough to pass his bar exam. They got married soon after but things took a drastic turn when out of the blue he started changing. Then one day he called her derogatory names that left her fuming. She left, his words having scarred her for life. She hated men, did everything to spite them and began a campaign against female oppression. She became more and more like a man herself; taking care of her own needs and seeking financial Independence. She went for her master’s abroad and then combined it with a PhD in Constitutional law.
We have a habit of seeking from others the very things denied to us. So when it came to the subject of men, she sought a pretty one. Handsome and well built. Maybe to mask the one thing she didn’t have; beauty. Unfortunately, pretty men aren’t the most responsible either. They know their strong point and therefore end up with fragile personalities.
