Three weeks ago, I invited a group of friends and family to my house for a Thanksgiving party which my husband and I had organized to celebrate a promotion he had gotten at work. I was so excited for him because he had wished and worked hard to get the promotion. Among the attendees was my brother and his wife and some other cousins.

I had so much work to do on this particular day in the kitchen and in also attending to all the guests. Luckily, some friends helped me and by the time it was 3pm, the food was ready and I went to prepare so that I could coordinate the ceremony.
