How I brought Happiness Back to our Home
I am a young woman now aged 26 years and got married to my husband who used to treat me well before hell broke loose in our home.
At first during our early days in marriage, my husband Jeremy used to pamper me with goodies and even went as far as taking me out every weekend to enjoy drinks and meals together. I used to love this man as life was so good and interesting.
I can confess that before Jeremy started undermining me, he used to give me anything I wanted in life. He bought me nice expensive dresses from boutique, jewels as well as nice smelling perfumes. Many women around our Estate in Huruma Nairobi envied our marriage.
But as soon as I got my first pregnancy with him is when my hubby turned wild and off hand. He couldn’t get home early and anytime I asked him why he was returning home late hours from job he could easily hurl insults at me and call me unprintable names. He turned into a very hostile man to a level he one morning hit me in the face using a frying pan.
I couldn’t really gather what was going on in his life until I learnt that he had started moving around with another women older than me. He could even spend their some nights and whenever I confronted him he shut me down and threatened to eject me from his house. My life was very frustrating; it reached appoint I almost committed suicide but still he didn’t care. He did not want me again.
Anytime I reminded him about our unborn child he could tell me off and walk away. He even wrote me a message that he is not sure if the child was his. This was really heartbreaking!
Thank God one day my elder sister called me at his place in Eldoret Town and when I went there she looked at me and felt what I was going through. She pulled out her mobile phone and called someone with whom she explained my story. When she finished after around 5-minutes, she sat me down and revealed that the person she was talking to was a powerful traditional healer by the name of Dr. Mugwenu. I hadn’t heard of him. It was my first time anyway. She told me the doctor will stabilize my marriage with my husband reminding me that she also had to do the same when her marriage was under threat.
