“Mtu haezi kufa kwa sababu ya kufunga, achaneni na pastor wangu” Pastor Mackenzi diehard says as he vows to continue fasting

A youthful man claiming to be a pastor has come out to defend his alleged spiritual father cult leader Paul Mackenzie who is currently in the custody as the police continues investigating deaths and disappearance of his followers.

The man identified as pastor as pastor Joseph refuted claims that Mackenzie is a cult leader stating that he got saved through him. This is despite the beliefs that Mackenzie’s Good News International Church followers starved themselves to death following his order as he assured them that they would see Jesus.
The man claimed that it is Mackenzie who have him power to spread the gospel noting that he only followed his teachings since they are Real God’s message.

Kindly Pastor Paul Mackenzie is my Spiritual Father, Yeye ndie alinifungulisha Vipawa Vyangu na Kunifinance Nikaanza Huduma” he said loosely translating into, he is the one who gave be the spirit and financed me to begin my religous work.

He said that anything his alleged spiritual Dady tells him he will follow it stating that he is still on his 40 days fasting and will not stop no matter what.

The self proclaimed pastor further claimed that fasting can not kill human being adding that his spiritual father is being fought for no good reason.

“Mtu Hawezi Kufa Kwa Kufunga, Mbona Mimi Nimefunga Na Sijakufa, Ni Nehema Ya Mungu Kunenepa Mtu, Waache Kupiga Dady Vita” he added loosely translating into, nobody can die through fasting, why have I not died yet I am fasting?, It is by God’s grace that people become fat, let the stop fighting Dady.Further he said that no one among the believers was forced to fast but they did it on their own.
