This is how a man was caught attempting to steal from the M-pesa shop in Kakamega

A bizarre incident unfolded for the residents of Kakamega County when a young man whose name is yet to be identified was caught inside the M-pesa shop dancing and shouting loudly. The shocking incident attracted hundreds of people after it was alleged that the man wanted to commit a crime probably to steal from the shop.

The alleged thief who was caught by the owner was found dancing, singing unknown songs, and shouting loudly while inside the M-pesa shop. It was reported that he was standing around the counter where the money is kept a manifestation that he was ready to steal the money from the shop before the unfortunate incident happened hindering hon from stealing as he had planned.

Sadam, an M-pesa shop owner said that he was away for lunch before he overheard the noise coming from far that forced him to stop eating and rush to get where the noise was coming from. He was surprised when one of the witnesses told him that the man walked helter-skelter as he looked in all directions going to the shop to accomplish his stealing mission but unfortunately, his forty days suddenly reached as he was unable to get out of the shop as he started dancing, singing and shouting inside the shop.

“I saw the man dancing and shouting loudly and when I looked up at him, I realized that he wasn’t the owner of the shop. This made me start shouting at him as I called for support from people around.” an eyewitness said.
The incident is linked to a traditional professional herbalist where the shop owner Mr. Sadam claimed that his shop will and can never be robbed by anyone. He showed off and bragged that his shop was maximum protected by Dr. Mugwenu and that he had nothing to worry about. At some points, he said that he leaves his shop open 24/7 and nothing can be stolen from it.
