A bizzare incident happened in Ugenya constituency few days ago after a man alleged to have stolen three sheep from a homestead returned them while crying for help. Tom Odhiambo the suspect is said to have walked into Charles Aloo homestead and walked away with three sheep.

“I came back home from a church function only to find my valuable cattle missing. All my neighbors said they did not know whereabouts of my cattle. Reporting to the police was my last option but then I remembered that this would take some time,” he said.
