19-year-old lady, Linet Onjiri has given an account of how she became a drug addict at an early age, the regret she felt after her pregnancy, and a plea for help to quit drugs. Linet from Keroka revealed that her friends influenced her into the life of drugs. She mentioned that she dropped out of school while in Junior High School. She noted that her father wanted her to attend a fashion and design course in college, but that dream was shattered. “I could not tell him that I was pregnant till after he brought admission forms. He was disappointed but still asked me whether I would like to go back to school after giving birth. I could not respond. All I did was to cry,” Linet explained tearfully.
According to Linet, she followed her friends to take drugs daily while they worked as prostitutes. Speaking on the drugs she took, Linet mentioned, “Tallia, Alice, Lilian, Mercy, Milly all my friends taught me all these while in school.
