I am Salim Gakumbara from Uganda and I have been involved in a successful partnership business with a Kenyan man in Nairobi.
We started an auto spare parts shop in Kenya and we have been doing this for three years now. The idea was my brainchild because I am a business student with a Degree.
In a day we make not less than sh 35,000 in profits and the business has been expanding at a good speed. Our competitors have had it rough because of our hard work and connections with oversee suppliers. We bring in original Japan and Germany made parts.
In our shop we have three employees who help us in deliveries and sales. We also have a girl as out accountant. Money has not been an issue since we have hot cake products. Our clients come from Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya where we are based.
However, last month, something started happening in the business. My partner took from our account sh 35 million with a plan to import spare parts for the shop but never bought any. Sadly, after calling him several times he told me when he returns in the shop I should have gone back to my home in Uganda. He did not want me again. I asked him why he was doing that and he insisted that I leave Kenya or die.
