Stolen Tv recovered in 24 hours. See what happened

Two thieves at Kimilili Market in Bungoma County on Saturday allegedly returned household goods they had stolen after the owner consulted a powerful witch-doctor.

The two shocked residents when they went to the market, carrying on their heads the stolen Tv set, gas cylinder and a mattress.

The electronics were seemingly glued to their heads as the two thieves looked confused and did not respond to questions from locals who had turned up at the scene in numbers.

As if under some ‘magnetic power’, the duo walked to the witchdoctor’s work station, where he allegedly cast a different spell to set them free.

The alleged witch-doctor, who goes by the name Doctor Mugwenu +254 740637248 from Western Kenya said the complainant had sought his services to help recover the stolen items. He said his first assignment was to cast a spell that would stop the thieves from selling the stolen items and then deliver them to the owner

“Remember, I work closely with the police so that to take control of the mob that keeps baying for suspects’ blood. My work ends after I hand over the criminals to the police officers for further action,” he stated.

At the scene, a section of the rowdy youth were threatening to lynch the duo, but police officers from a nearby police station took enough control.

Mary Wekesa Nabulayo, from Kimilili area whose house was broken into while she was away in Kisumu to visit a relative, said she was happy to see the development that would bring to an end the rampant cases of insecurity in the area.

“I had reached an end. This was the third time people were stealing from my home. I actually made a report to the police after I found my house had been broken into. But I also sought other ways of punishing the criminals. I am relieved that I now know them,” she remarked.

Kimilili residents complained that cases of burglary were spiraling out of control, but noted that the incident would serve as a lesson to bring this to an end.
