A man by the name of Laban Otieno shocked residents of Kisumu after appearing with a bunch of posters in a bag, glue and a sizeable stool along Oginga Odinga street. Without hesitation or an ounce of doubt, he scooped the posters and started plastering them on walls, a message was clearly written on them; ” I need a wife.
