How a Clever Scammer Fleeced Me Out of Kshs. 65,000 Through M-Pesa. I Had to Seek This Man to Recover it in Full

My name is Lydia Wafula, a resident of Nyamira for a long while. This happened to me a few days ago after a data bundle purchase took too long to go through. I went to Facebook to seek Safaricom Customer Care to reach out and seek further assistance. Moments after I hang up, I realized my phone had lost network. I tried restarting it but the outcome was the same. I went to the nearest shop to have it repaired but upon inserting another Sim card, we both realized there was nothing wrong with my phone. That’s when I remembered the phone call. By the time I rushed to replace my Sim, I noticed a cool Kshs. 65,000 was missing. The scammers used the details I provided them to Swap my Sim. I got restless, because the money was sent to me as school fees for my younger sibling I was hosting who was still in campus. How was I supposed to explain to my father that I lost the money??
