I have a friend who had just landed a nice job in Uganda and his boss liked his quick grasp of ideas.
He would start rising very fast to higher ranks and within a period of just two years, he was already an assistant manager. This, however, did not go well with a section of his colleagues who felt he was being favoured by bosses.
They started fighting him day and night and even, at some point, reported him to the owner of the company over false accusations.
