It was real drama in Kamulu after a man ran mad and stripped naked in the streets of Kamulu.
Its believed the 44 year old Kangethe is a known thief in the area and have been terrorizing neighbors for a long time.

Anytime he is arrested he finds a way to get back to the streets and continue stealing.
This time round he stole from a hardware .He stole several items early in the morning before they opened . Its believed he worked alongside one of the employees who showed him the way in and an escape route.
