Foreigner who lost sh 3 Million to taxi driver recovers all

A man from USA reportedly lost Sh 3 Million in an upmarket club in Nairobi over the weekend in unclear circumstances.

A police report showed that the victim hired a cab from the Hilton Double Tree hotel in Kilimani and was heading to another Club for a lunch date with his wife.

He told the police handling the case that the cab was being driven by a Luo man.

When he was leaving the high-end joint with his wife after having lunch, he noticed that his bag was missing.

The foreigner told the police that the bag contained cash in various denominations totaling upto sh 3 million.

Police could not help him immediately as the taxi driver had also switch off his phone and could not be reached.
