Kiambu Politician Drops Attempt To Commit Suicide as New Details Emerge

A 42-year-old politician from Kiambu County  and who has sought anonymity has shocked a lot of  people around his residential area after he dared to commit suicide through burning himself. The man identified as Joseph is said to have been going through a difficult time living with his wife as one of his close neighbors reported.

The neighbor said that the wife to the victim had been seriously cheating on him, something that made him a more stressed man. To add on that, the two had been fighting almost every day and it had been a norm now in their marriage.

“They would fight each other Silas accusing his wife for cheating on him and on the other hand his wife would accuse him of being an irresponsible man who rarely cared for his family,” Their neighbor lamented.

That particular day of the incidence, people in the neighborhood thought Silas had gone to work only to find him finalizing on a way to end his life. He had got some fuel from his vehicle and sprinkled some on his entire body and it only needed a match box strike for the deal to be completed. Luckily he was rescued by people who were shocked to see his vehicle packed at that ordinary place. He said that his wife had brought him to the far end and ending his life and leaving the whole world to her was his last option.
